Subprocessors & Data Processing
Arcline Ai Solutions uses the following third-party service providers (“subprocessors”) to deliver, support, operate and improve its AI receptionist services. Each subprocessor may process personal information only as reasonably necessary to provide services to Arcline or to the relevant clinic, subject to contractual, technical and organisational controls where appropriate.
This list may be updated from time to time as our service arrangements change. We will take reasonable steps to notify affected customers of material changes to our subprocessors where required.

Data processing principles
Arcline takes the following steps to protect personal information processed by subprocessors:
- Contractual controls — where practicable, we enter into data processing agreements with our subprocessors that require them to handle personal information only as instructed and to maintain appropriate security standards.
- Access limitation — subprocessors are only given access to the personal information they need to perform their specific services.
- Security standards — we select subprocessors that maintain security practices appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal information they handle.
- No general model training — Arcline does not authorise third-party AI providers to use identifiable patient or caller personal information to train their own general models.
- Overseas transfers — where personal information is transferred to overseas subprocessors, we take steps that are reasonable in the circumstances to protect the information. Some of our subprocessors process data in the United States and European Union.
